- To send booking confirmations, OTPs, ETA updates, and payment receipts.

- With Service Professionals: We share your first name, service address, and booked services with your assigned stylist/franchisee strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your appointment.

Because our services occur at your personal premises or inside our mobile fleet:
- Masked Communications: Calls or messages between you and the stylist may be routed through our platform to protect both parties' personal phone numbers.
- Live Tracking: Stylist location data is tracked to provide you with accurate ETAs and ensure safety.

We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption and secure database architecture) to protect your data from unauthorized access.
