Welcome to Haircut At Home (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website haircutathome.ca and any related booking, payment, or grooming services provided by Haircut At Home. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Haircut At Home offers mobile haircut and grooming services for men and women, delivered by licensed professionals at your chosen location (home, office, or venue). Our service hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, subject to stylist availability.

2. Booking & Appointments

All bookings must be made through haircutathome.ca or an authorized platform partner.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and location information.
Appointment confirmation is subject to stylist availability.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of service cost).
No-shows or failure to provide access at the time of appointment will be charged the full service amount.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on your chosen method.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed on our site.
Tips are optional and may be added during or after service.

5. Service Areas

We currently operate across the Greater Vancouver Area, including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, and Coquitlam. Service outside these areas may incur an additional travel fee.

6. Health & Safety

Our professionals maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
You agree to provide a safe and suitable environment for the stylist to perform the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate.

7. User Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You will not misuse or abuse the service platform.
You will treat our professionals respectfully.
You will comply with all applicable local laws.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through Haircut At Home are non-refundable and can be redeemed for any available service. They do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Limitation of Liability

Haircut At Home and its service providers are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Personal belongings damaged during service.
Injuries or allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or product sensitivities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the appointment in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Haircut At Home. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.
