• Within 12 hours: 50% fee applies.

• No-shows: Non-refundable.

• Service dissatisfaction: Contact bookings.haircutathome@gmail.com within 24 hours for review.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable but transferable.
